Leadership as we have known it in recent years is fading away. Past models don’t attract talents and frighten new generations inhibiting innovation and engagement.
If we want to be adaptative and resilient in the face of current and incessant disruptions, new models of leadership are required.
We all recognize that organizations are facing unprecedent turbulences on all fronts: pandemics, turbulences in supply chains, labor shortages, climate crisis, demands for flexible hours, instant and constant communications, mental health issues, needs for automation, etc. as Einstein said: «We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them».
The teams themselves are becoming increasingly different: virtual, hybrid, heterogeneous composed of members with diverse perspectives; regular employees but also part-times, contractual ones, suppliers and sometimes customers. In this new teamwork context, one conclusion emerges: the pyramid of power is now inverted and there is a need for leaders to lead virtually and be able also to exert influence without necessarily having formal authority
The leader of today and tomorrow must quickly learn new behaviors, develop new skills. If not, their organization will rapidly decline. To prevent this, leaders must mobilize differently, knowing how to capitalize efficiently on collaboration, use collective and emotional intelligence and develop the leadership of their teams and its various members for increased alignment, performance and innovation.

- 8 intensive workshop sessions
- With small groups of 8 to 10 people
- Enriched by case studies, experiences by renown guests, discussions between participants, entrepreneurs, and managers.
- This work is completed by personal work, self-reflections, and application exercises in the workplace.
- To maximize learning outcomes, participants will benefit from 5 personalized coaching sessions.
In a nutshell, the program is accelerated thanks to a learning algorithm that produces a concrete match between the needs of each person according to their profile and their own business context and maximizing social learning.
